Due to the nature of our digital and business support services, all sales are final once work has started.
Refunds are not available for completed services, partially completed services, or service delays caused by a lack of client response, missing materials, or failure to provide required access.
If you experience an issue with your service, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can review the matter and work toward a fair resolution where appropriate.
Conditions for Refund Consideration
To be considered for a cancellation or refund, please make sure that:
The request is submitted before any work has started
The service has not been completed or partially completed
Required materials, communication, or account access have not yet been used to begin fulfillment
The request falls within the terms outlined in this policy
Services Not Eligible for Refund
The following are not eligible for a refund:
Completed digital services
Partially completed services
Services delayed due to lack of client response
Services delayed due to missing materials or required access
Customized or personalized business support services already prepared or delivered
Recurring service periods that have already started
Cancellations Before Work Begins
If a cancellation request is made before any work begins, a partial or full refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Visible Presence.
Recurring Services
For recurring services, cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
Once a billing cycle has started, that payment is non-refundable.
How to Cancel
If you need to cancel a service before work begins, you must notify us by sending a clear written request by email.
