Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Services will not begin until payment has been received and all required information, materials, and access have been provided.
Visible Presence Co. may offer one-time services, custom projects, or recurring monthly support. For recurring services, clients authorize ongoing payments until the service is canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring payment methods remain current. If a payment fails, service may be delayed, paused, or canceled until the balance is resolved.
Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted without first attempting to resolve the matter directly may result in immediate termination of service and refusal of future service.

Due to the nature of our digital and business support services, all sales are final once work has started. Refunds are not available for completed services, partially completed services, or service delays caused by a lack of client response, missing materials, or failure to provide required access.
If a cancellation request is made before any work begins, a partial or full refund may be considered at the discretion of Visible Presence Co. For recurring services, cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
